At freeTVee we do everything we can to make sure your cord cutting experience rarely needs support. Unlike traditional pay TV services we do not charge exorbitant fees every month. Our goal is to make you as independent as possible when it comes to TV.

Sales and Workmanship Guarantee

We warranty all of our installation work for sixty days after install. To make sure we get it right the first time, we only use cord cutting products that have excellent manufacturer and customer service as well. We know this because we extensively test every product related to cord cutting.

Support Options

At freeTVee we have two support options. The first is DIY and manufacturer support. The second is Priority Support. To see the differences between the two, scroll down.

Standard Support

Because we only use the highest quality consumer electronics, we feel confident that you should be able to solve most TV issues on your own. Unplugging it and plugging it back in solves many problems. If this does not work, you can contact the manufacturer or consult our DIY support page. You may also fill out our support form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Priority Support

For $99 per year, we offer freeTVee priority help. If you have any issues related to your WiFi network or TV watching experience sixty days after install, the freeTVee Priority Support plan will give you peace of mind. The plan also offers discounts on service visits and additional equipment installs. It can even make you a little extra money.
