Rescanning is a very easy to do and takes only a few minutes.  No new devices, equipment or services are needed to rescan – see the video below!  Please note some channel guide data might not populate right away, but should update over time based on where your TV, converter box or DVR get their guide data from. freeTVEE is not a TV service provider, but has posted this info as a helpful resource during this transition.

If you need help with rescanning your antenna you can get a hold of the FCC call center by dialing 1-888-CALLFCC (1-888-225-5322) and pressing “6” to speak to a help desk representative. The call center is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern time, seven days a week, to enable consumers throughout the country to obtain assistance during evening and weekend hours.
